In 2016, Natalya founded Netzwerk Chancen. The social enterprise provides ideational and career support to aspiring young people from underprivileged families aged 18-39 and also advocates for equal opportunities as well as social mobility. Heading the initiative in a voluntary capacity, Natalya works as a business consultant in Berlin. She grew up in a deprived neighborhood in Southern Germany and holds a Masters degree in International Relations.
