Dr. Ellen Ehmke works as Senior Expert on Inequality for the Robert Bosch Foundation. She has a background in working with and for civil society organisations as well as in research. Prior to her current position she worked as Analyst on Social Inequality for Oxfam Germany, as research coordinator for Youth Policy Labs in the field of adolescents’ rights and as freelancer on social policies in crises for the International Labour Organization (ILO). She received her PhD in political science – on rights-based social protection in India – from the University of Kassel.
