Andera is an online enthusiast and entrepreneur. Her Internet career started early in 1995 when she set up one of the first 30 commercial webservers in Germany in a student project.
In 1999 she founded Dialego, a research agency focussing on online research. Dialego works for global Blue Chip-companies such as Unilever, Danone, BASF or Bayer. Andera has won several awards such as "Startup" by McKinsey or "Career of the year" by Handelsblatt group since then honoring the innovative power of her ideas and tools.
In November 2012 she started her second startup SmartMunk, a scalable technology enterprise for cloud-based Customer Intelligence. 2014 she launched a quite different theme: the online natural health practitioner for pets: lets-balance.de.
Since its inception she is an appointed member of the Advisory Board „Young Digital Economy" at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs. Within the board she leads the unit "society" and engages for a better image of entrepreneurship and mored founders in the digital economy - especially female founders.
Andera (born 1970) studied at RWTH Aachen, Maastricht University, NL, und George Mason University, Fairfax, USA, Marketing und Business Informatics. Since 2012 she engages in academic research (PhD) at Management School Maastricht and Tilburg University, NL, about "Finding Relevant Innovation Ideas using Text Mining".
Andera has 3 kids aged 4-10 years and is a good role model for the great enjoyment of entrepreneurship AND family. She engages for a more progressive education and "happiness" as a mandatory class in elementary school.
