Lone is founder and CEO of Tink Tank, a coworking space for businesses within IT, digital media and bioinformatics to foster cross-company collaboration, knowledge sharing and true innovation.

Lone comes from a background as Vice President Operations in Development COO of SAP Intelligent Enterprise Group Products & Innovation, driving strategic programs to make development more effective.

She has+23 years of experience, whereas +15 years of SAP experience in multiple areas with transformational program management skills to support the vision and strategy.

She has a strong record of operationalizing actions required to drive profitable revenue growth and exceptional behavior towards our customers. Also a strong record of leadership on strategic GTM decisions in areas such as solution strategy, enablement approach, investment areas, working across regions, management and solutions

Lone has had roles from leading and owning executive level meetings from board room to meeting room, leading and owning executive level customer meetings and events, evangelizing solution portfolio to inspire customers, partner and employee

Lone has excelling coordination and communication skills and high-skilled in working across functional and matrix, encouraging people to work to reach our goals. She has been people manager, leading a team cross time zones with a very high level of motivation and job satisfaction.

Lone is initiator of Women in Tech@SAP which aims to drive impact of Women in Technology through visibility internal and external of SAP. She has created the Technically Speaking Speaker roster to “put a face to technology” with the mission to find and promote the best tech talents and experts within SAP.
