Erika Kriechbaumer, the only woman in leadership responsibility in a men-dominated global technology group (robot welding) at Fronius International in Austria, has successfully led for more than 10 years a global sales team in North/Latinamerica and Asia Pacific.
She has a deep understanding of global leadership and sales and leading as a woman in a mainly men and technical dominated environment.
Erika is a champion in adapting to new circumstance - to be the change. She built up all sales subsidiaries in oversea regions and was also the Managing Director in China.
Together with her partner, they founded in 2018 "TheMove". She consults leaders from starts ups to big groups in embracing change and being a role model.
