I am communication professional, mindful business mentor and resilience coach. I love working with people and words. I have been the deputy head of an online editorial office in Dortmund for over 20 years and have worked as a trainer and coach for the topics of resilience, mindfulness, communication and agile methods for many years. I work with teams and individuals, including executives. In an honorary capacity, I chair the Online Expert Committee of the German Journalists' Association and am a member of the Gender Expert Group of the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ).
