Julia Kümper

Julia Kümper, founder, managing partner at Match-Watch GmbH and former managing director at VentureVilla Accelerator GmbH, now head of regional economic development team of Region Hannover. In 2017, Julia Kümper was awarded XING's New Work Award as "Helper and role model for the working world of tomorrow". The company she founded, Match-Watch - Personalentwicklung mit Kick, uses soccer, handball, basketball and football games as a projection screen for its own team development within the company. Through her work at VentureVilla she is very familiar with all aspects of start-ups, innovation and venture capital. Her recent position combined all former experience for a new hypothesis: feminist regional economic development.
The main focus of her lecturing activities lies in feminist regional economic development; the area of sports as a model for various problems in everyday business life; start-ups, accelerator, venture capital as well as women and start-up. In addition, she has been honored as a role model entrepreneur. Starting with motivational talks, through change processes and radical cultural changes, she can introduce a variety of topics to the audience in a playful and charming way. Through her diverse activities, Julia Kümper has already gained a lot of experience as a speaker and moderator. In addition to an English-language award ceremony, which she moderated and choreographed, and which attracted over 600 international spectators, she is also a driving force in workshop format. She is well equipped for all types of events and can adapt flexibly to new event formats.
