Bio:

I am a visual designer with a love for illustration, typography, sketchnotes and doodles.

I have a focus on illustration, webdesign and illustration in webdesign but also really like creating branding identities for small companies.

I have 15+ years of experience in the field of design and worked employed and freelance in several agencies in Germany and New York and studied communication design in Berlin, Potsdam and Helsinki.
I have successfully designed and directed projects with start-ups, in small project-teams and as a sole designer.

Creative Morning Berlin #8: Nadine Roßa

For some people it is a trouble-maker in German orthography, for some a shortcoming in typography. But to Nadine Roßa it is the most beautiful letter: The German B, what actually is a lower case sharp s. Throughout history no other character has had to put up with so much and almost no other letter has been the subject of so much discussion. Nadine’s surname contains this rare character. That’s the reason why she decided to put some thought into what could be done to place it in a better light.

Draw to Remember

In her talk, Nadine will explain why drawing is not just a tool for artists or illustrators – but for everyone. It helps to remember more and to structure content better. Visualization is a very powerful tool that helps us understand and structure information and in the talk you will learn why.
