Personal note:

I believe that we need to understand technology around us to be part of society and the global talk. What I am doing is: I am a media and information literacy educator. I use different interactive methods to communicate, teach and work with diverse audiences.

Bio:

Britta Senn is a freelance media strategist, workshop trainer for new media and consultant. She is giving workshops on web safety, new media storytelling and online journalism in schools, universities and for companies (Youtube, Telekom, Sparkasse) in Germany and abroad.
As Interactive Coordinator at DOK Leipzig (world oldest and Germany biggest international documentary and animated film festival) she curated and managed all events regarding transmedia storytelling, including industry programmes like hackathons, project development and exhibitions.
In 2016 she was part of the founding collective of a NGO for transmedia creatives (Transmedia Mitteldeutschland e.V.) in Central Germany. The NGO will further knowledge transfer and cooperate with national and international new media initiatives and impact NGOs.
Britta holds a B.A. in literature and sociology, a masters degree in media management and has a background as documentary producer for TV and cinema.
