Twenty years of experience in coaching, consulting, training, and development. Main focus on agile processes, patterns, adaptive organizations, and advanced object-oriented design.
I work as an independent coach, consultant, and trainer. I hold a M.A. in Business Coaching & Change Management, a Dipl.Eng. in Product-Engineering, and a B.A. in Education. I have helped many teams and organizations worldwide to make an agile transition. This is the fundament of my unique experience in applying agile processes within medium-size to large distributed mission-critical projects of which I report in the books I've published. I'm a member of the Agile Alliance (having served the board of directors from 2003-2007) and of the program committee of many different European and American conferences. In the last nominations I've been elected into the Top 100 of the most important persons of the German IT.
