I bring positive psychology into everyday working life: evidence-based, practical and interactive. My topics are strengths and strengths-based development, positive leadership, flow, stress management and resilience in times of change. A particular focus is the step from specialist to leader.
Talk topics:
– Superpowers, not self-optimisation: why you don't have to work on everything to get better
– More than good vibes: what positive psychology can really do at work
– Positive leadership: why good leadership starts with what's going well
– Losing track of time allowed: how flow happens at work
– Your battery doesn't lie: understanding stress and managing your energy
– Holding course when the wind shifts: resilience in times of change
– Why great specialists don't automatically become great leaders – and what really helps
I speak in German and English, live and online, as a keynote, short talk or workshop.
Judith Konrad is a psychologist and systemic coach based in Stuttgart. Her focus is on what makes people strong at work, and how they can bring more of it into their everyday lives. She combines insights from positive psychology with systemic coaching and formats that people can try out the very next day.
She designs and delivers trainings and interactive impulse sessions on strengths, resilience, stress management, burnout prevention and good collaboration in teams. At Indeed's HR Slam, she spoke about strengths-based people development. With the Leader Activation System, a 12-week 1:1 coaching programme, she supports newly promoted leaders through their first months.
Judith studied psychology at Maastricht University and holds a master's degree in Work, Organisational and Health Psychology from Radboud University Nijmegen, with her master's thesis at Mercedes-Benz. She is certified in positive psychology (DGPP) and systemic coaching (ISB).
