Personal note:

I have spent years working across industries, countries, and cultures, and the one thing that stays consistent is this: the people in the room are almost always more capable than the structure around them allows. That potential is real, it is measurable, and it is waiting to be activated.
I speak to mixed rooms, including plenty of men, because the activation gap is not a women's issue. It is a business issue. If you are looking for someone who will make your leadership audience think differently about what their teams are actually capable of, I would love to be in that room.

Bio:

Arti Dhole is the founder of EQUAIS, a leadership development company working with mid-management teams across Europe. Her work starts from one observation: most organisations do not have a talent problem. They have a structural one. The gap between what capable teams can deliver and what leadership structures allow them to deliver is what she calls the activation gap, and closing it is the work she does with managers and people leaders every day.
Arti brings a commercial perspective to conversations that have too often stayed inside the HR function. With a background in B2B sales and marketing, aerospace community building, and cross-cultural team experience across more than 40 countries, she speaks to leaders who care about output, not optics. Her sessions are suited to leadership summits, people and culture conferences and mid-management development programmes, particularly where the audience includes line managers and general managers alongside HR professionals.
She is based in Munich, Germany, and available for European and international engagements.
