Dr. Elena Krause-Söhner is an expert in digitalization, ambidexterity, and transformation, with 17 years of experience as a leader, innovator, and strategist in IT and industry. Dr. Elena Krause-Söhner is an expert in digitalization, ambidexterity, and transformation, with 17 years of experience in IT & industry—as an innovator, researcher, leader, and strategist. As a former CIO, startup CEO, and founder of a digital hub at a leading European company, she has developed and implemented digital business models while driving digitization. Today, she brings her expertise as a Professor of Digitalization & Trade at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), as well as a consultant and keynote speaker.
In her dissertation, "The Dynamics of Organizational Ambidexterity," she examined how organizations can successfully navigate the challenges of organizational ambidexterity in complex structures. Today, her research focuses on artificial intelligence, ambidexterity, and innovation, with a clear emphasis on how companies can strategically leverage technological advancements.
