I passionately believe in an inclusive world, where people don’t feel they have to suppress their true selves to get ahead. In this world they become more engaged in their work and more considerate to their environment that leads to feeling more fulfilled in their lives.

I am an economist, organizational developer, diversity and inclusion consultant, keynote speaker and entrepreneur.

As a queer woman with Roma heritage, I have often encountered discrimination. Starting with school bullying, through various forms of abuse, to the fact that I’ve had to work three times as hard to achieve the same results.

From my father's stories, I learned the surfer's mentality: not to run from the waves, but to learn how to ride them. This is how I turn disadvantages into advantages.

I have always believed that the key to growth is collaboration, and this principle guided me when I co-founded [eureka] in 2014.

With over two decade's expertise as an entrepreneur and 10.000+ hours working with clients, I believe in a holistic approach to personal and business growth. Thanks to my intersectional background I have the ability to see things from multiple perspectives.

The applied neurology-based approach I use works for anyone with a nervous system. I don’t just focus on emotional intelligence, but also on recognizing and managing the physical responses that influence decisions.
