My main topic is migration and inequality. It is a topic that particularly inspires me as I have seen and experienced how having a premium passport or growing up with privilege exacerbates the gap in professional and personal advancement in the globalised world. I focus on the disadvantages I face as a Latina in the academic and professional world when it comes to working in Europe, and my wish is that the most relevant opportunities are also affordable for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
My experiences in the Corporate sector in Colombia, Spain and Germany give me the ability to develop and launch marketing strategies for international markets, considering cultural nuances and adapting them with my language skills that would enable me to communicate effectively with English, German and Spanish-speaking audiences.
One of my personal values and highest priorities is to work in an inclusive and diverse community, organising, planning and assisting events navigating cultural differences and building effective relationships to engage cross-cultural collaborations in international settings. For that reason with my certification as Intercultural Trainer and education, I run Workshops about DiBe, Migration and Identity in Germany with experience in more than four Regions, different cities and ages targets.
