At UNSW Sydney, she built pioneering data governance, AI, and business intelligence capabilities that strengthened decision-making and innovation. Earlier in her career, she played a key role in launching the Westfield Australia gift card business, now a household name.
Kate is currently Head of Data, Analytics & AI at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and serves as a board director, focusing on how data and technology can support sound governance and organisational performance.
