I am VP People & Culture at Lingoda, the leading online language learning company in Europe. I have an MBA in Leadership People & Organization and am an HR strategist and expert with more than ten years of experience in strategic HR roles in companies of various industries and sizes.
My focus is on designing and implementing innovative and sustainable HR solutions that drive organizational growth, culture and performance. I have successfully built the HR department at SellerX in hypergrowth, managed PMI projects and led global HR strategies. I am passionate about developing talent, fostering an inclusive culture and creating a positive and sustainable work environment.
