Bio:

I’m an independent advisor, coach and consultant working out of Melbourne.

With over two decades of experience in the technology industry, I’ve honed my skills in leading strategic change and fostering innovation across the world. My passion is to help leaders and organisations navigate complexity and build a sustainable future.

I offer a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, including executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic consulting. Together, we can unlock your full potential and drive organisational success.

I love talking about the role - and value - of team centric leadership, driving increased diversity and inclusion, and leading organisations through change, both organisational and existential. I also love sharing stories and experiences around agile delivery leadership (projects, programmes and portfolios), risk management, governance and distributed models.

Responsive Organisations

Invited to speak at Huaweii’s IT leadership conference, I spoke about the importance and practicalities of building responsiveness into your organisations teams, structures and processes.

First, I spoke about the set of challenges we find ourselves navigating with our clients around the world today. And those challenges come both from the outside world, and from within my clients’ own organisations.

Then the things I’ve observed that allow organisations to thrive in this environment - and that is about the path to building a responsive organisation.

And I finished by walking through the most common barriers we come across - and strategies to overcome these.
