I work for ThoughtWorks Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. I have worked as a developer, business analyst, iteration manager and a trainer for on-boarding new graduate hires. I've been in the IT industry for a little over 4 years now. One of my biggest passions is gender diversity and equality in the workspace. I am a passionate feminist, and have been involved in plenty of conversations (often quite intense) on the topic.
