Rejane Herwig holds a Master's degree in International Migration and Intercultural Relations from the University of Osnabrück and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Free University of Berlin. She has been politically active in the fields of migration and feminism for many years, and has studied, researched and worked in Germany, Singapore, Greece and Turkey. Between 2016 and 2019 she lived, researched and worked in Turkey. She is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
She has extensive experience in international cooperation, cultural exchange, policy advice, and project and programme development. She has worked with organisations such as the Goethe-Institut, MitOst / zusa and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
Rejane gives lectures, workshops and consultations, develops strategies and writes analyses. She is passionate about creating space, bringing people together, fostering meaningful exchange and building sustainable initiatives.
