My vision is to build bridges between business and science. As a researcher with practical experience in the digital field, I am curious about technologies, international trends, and the new potentials of digitalisation.

After a few exciting years in the digital industry as a consultant and project manager, my curiosity has led me back into research. Supported by my remarkable supervisors, I am currently working full-time on my doctoral thesis examining the influence of culture and family ownership on digital transformation in family firms. I share my knowledge by giving talks about my research and advising companies on digital transformation.
