Bio:

After studying political science and economics, Christina Arkenberg is currently pursuing her PhD research on global empathy and ethics of globalisation. Central to her work are questions of global justice, responsibility, rights and duties.

As Co-Chair of the supervisory board of Fairtrade Deutschland e.V., she has the best possible mandate to help create a better world in a very practical way. Aditionally, she is serves an advisor in the G7's gender equality and women's rights dialogue for gender-transformative development cooperation, among other initiatives.
