Personal note:

I have been designing and supporting managers and organizations in development processes for 25 years.
I primarily work in expert organizations and have consulting experience in Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Georgia, Ukraine and the USA.
Women in leadership positions are a particular concern of mine, and I have been running leadership development programs for women and training courses for female supervisory board members for more than 10 years.
I work as a lecturer for systems theory and organizational development at the Danube University Krems.

Bio:

I studied agriculture at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, management, integrative supervision and organizational development and rounded off my interdisciplinary approach with training in systemic consulting, process-oriented and transpersonal psychology. Following project management and management positions in product development, adult education and management consultancy, I set up my own business as an integrative-systemic organizational developer 25 years ago.
My task is to accompany individual and collective development and transformation processes.
