Being holistically healthy means feeling good on a physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual level. Keeping an eye on the big picture is just as important as researching the causes of overall health. Developing a personally beneficial routine to integrate healthy habits into your everyday life with ease is my passion. In this way, I help people to live healthy and fulfilled lives in the long term. I specialize in the health of women and their families in today's fast-paced world.

Qualified nutritionist (Magistra), analytical chemist (PhD), yoga therapist (1000 hours) and EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) with over 15 years of experience in holistic health promotion and sustainable living. Dr. Kretschy is a passionate cook, mother, nature lover, world traveler, mindfulness and Ayurveda practitioner. She has led holistic health workshops, retreats and courses in Asia, Europe, Australia, Brazil and Canada. Dr. Kretschy loves working with people and is committed to using her knowledge of the human body-mind-emotion complex to help others be healthy and happy for as long as possible. The goal is to experience well-being and love of life as the new normal.
