With a proven track record of cultivating and building long-lasting stakeholder relationships and I developing leaders from across sectors. I have led international initiatives and teams for global engagement and robust place-based/Interest-based partnerships offering opportunities for innovation and knowledge sharing for social and economic impact. I am highly skilled in DEI practices at the executive and board level; leading strategic change, managing complex budgets, P & L and infrastructure projects. My mediation practice is focused on intercultural understanding and workplace conflicts. I am an experienced public speaker and moderator.
