Marlene is currently doing her MA's degree in Digital Culture in London. Her work focuses on digital infrastructures, digital art, surveillance and privacy. Before that she lived in the Netherlands where she studied Liberal Arts. She has been working as a journalist for WIRED Germany, Berlin Independent's Art Guide, Berlin Project Space Festival and Newspeeks, a British YouTube channel. She is also a DJ.
