Biografie:

As an economist and sports manager, Marisa Reich has worked in many different areas during her career. As an athlete's agent, she has accompanied track and field athletes to Olympic Games, World Championships, and international events. She has directed communications and events for players such as Infront, Berlin Marathon, and Red Bull, and in marketing, she has successfully acted and set the tone for SCC-EVENTS and World Marathon Majors.

She chairs the board at She Sports Switzerland, is a board member at Swiss Cycling, and a commission member of the Global Esports Federation. As a native German living in Switzerland, she is driven by her passion for sports, ethics, and innovation, and a strong advocate for a new understanding of leadership in sports, which is inclusive, cross-hierarchical, team-oriented, and with a cooperative approach, and a strong innovation focus.
