For me the stage is not about scripted performances, but a canvas for authentic connections and transformation. In the over 500 keynotes, talks & presentations I have given - there is one red thread which is leaving people inspired to change the world, starting with themselves.

With 12+ years of experience in social business innovation, corporate responsibility, and social impact research, I excel at bridging the gap between business and society. My key skill lies in leveraging business acumen to drive positive change and create meaningful impact. I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in corporate social responsibility, examining the relationship between business decision-making, ESG, and their influence on creating shared value. This allows me to deepen my understanding of the intersection between business and society.

Furthermore, I am a fervent storyteller, writer, and podcaster who believes in the transformative power of narratives to champion social responsibility and challenge the status quo. As a co-founder and director of SwiZim Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting marginalized communities through strategic partnerships, I actively contribute to driving positive change.

In 2022, I was a co-Winner of the Inyova Woman Investor of the Year. Additionally, I serve on the boards of Conscious Influence Hub and Friends for Matibi, two Swiss-based non-profit organizations at the forefront of social impact initiatives. These roles allow me to embrace my passions fully as they all share a common goal of making the world a better place - one person at a time.
