I am a 20-something working mom, currently working as an innovation manager for a corporate Spin-off.
One of the main topics I focus on is emotional intelligence - how to read others emotions, but -equally important - how to read and manage your own emotions!
I am convinced that emotional intelligence is the key to driving change. And in order to do so we need diversity!
