Since 2011 I have focused on improving the efficiency of technology setups, -processes and -resources/teams. For many years I have been advising Fortune Global 500 companies on nearshoring and centralizing their IT functions in Central and Eastern Europe, with an emphasis on Poland. I have also lived in Poland for 7 years, experiencing first-hand the migration of countless tech processes, and becoming fluent in “Global Business Services & Technology” through my participation in CIMA’s Certified Global Business Services Professional (CGBSP) Programme. As a manager at Hays I was not only responsible for advising corporate investors on their nearshoring and outsourcing strategies, but I was also in charge of delivering the respective customized talent solutions through my teams: recruiting, temp staffing, body leasing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employer branding and other HR assessment and development strategies were my most common responsibilities over the years. I’m proud to say that I delivered +500 FTE as an exclusive partner for Goldman Sachs, DLA Piper, First Data, HSBC, Schneider Electric and many other companies building large tech & business hubs in CEE. I then decided to utilize my experience in partnerships with startups and scaleups: I joined TruVenturo, one of Europe’s most successful company builders and investors, to build a new venture for them. I was in charge of setting up and running DevelopX, providing IT resources and teams in an outsourced model out of several locations in CEE, supporting our own portfolio companies as well as external clients.

Last but not least I have very recently founded my own company.
