Francesca Pick is a collaboration catalyst and organization designer. She has over 6 years of experience developing global distributed networks such as the Ouishare community and the Enspiral Network. As consultant and co-founder of Greaterthan, Francesca works with organizations looking to create more collaborative, open and self-managed ways of working and making decisions. She is specifically interested in how (tech) tools and practices such as "Cobudgeting" can support the development of a more collaborative and participatory organizational culture.
Since 2012, Francesca was one of the key members that built the Ouishare community and organized its international festival, Ouishare Fest. An American born and raised in Germany, she graduated with a degree in Communication & Cultural Management from Zeppelin University with an award-winning bachelor thesis about “Building Trust in Peer-to-Peer Marketplaces” in 2012.
