Hi, I’m a Leadership Consultant and certified Business and Executive Coach passionate about enabling people and organizations to unlock their full potential. At the age of 26, I had the privilege to lead a team and soon realized that what made me come alive was seeing each team member grow, develop, and feel empowered.

Since then, I’ve combined my leadership development expertise and coaching skills to help individuals and organizations thrive—whether working with top leaders of international tech companies or supporting social entrepreneurs in South Africa. My experiences have shown me the transformative power of leadership and the importance of empowering others to succeed.

I’ve studied and worked in the US, Spain, the UK, Italy, and Germany, and I'm actively involved in food-rescuing activities related to people empowerment in Italy and South Africa. These experiences have expanded my professional toolkit and deepened my passion for diversity of thought and the value it brings to leadership.
I’m also deeply interested in regenerative leadership, and the importance of creating systems and environments where both people and the planet can flourish.
This belief guides my approach to leadership development and organizational growth, which I bring with passion to my workshops and other stages.
